OS Problems NEED HELP ANYONE WHO KNOWS

I use a 98 Bootdisk and formated well i thought I was only formating the C drive and it cleared the whole OS and I only have a XP Update cd what should I do. But i have a computer with xp installed on there is there any wayt i could trnsfer those files on to my other comp? Please e-mail at (e-mail address removed) for a response i won't check back on this so plz e-mail me.
 
Exactly what you have and need is unclear.
However it you have a windows XP upgrade CD, you will also need a
prior version of Windows to prove eligibility.
Some valid media are Windows 95/98/ME

Of course if you do not return you will not see this.
