I work in France and I've just bought a new PC but it has
French as the OS language and Help (OK so I do work in
France), I also bought Office Pro 2003, this has the
same. I was unable to get English(UK) versions.

I assumed falsely that cahnging the language interface was
as simple as selecting my preferred langauge during
installation but NO.

I have looked everywhere to get:-
"Microsoft Office 2003 Multilingual User Interface Pack"
which looks as though it might answer my question which
is....

How can I change the interface and help language?
Where can I get the above Pack?

Any answers on a post-card to (e-mail address removed)

Thanx ..... Hopefully ..... In Anticipation .....

Windows XP is written in specific language versions, therefore one
cannot change it from one language version to another. You'll need
to purchase a "Full Version" of Windows XP in the language version
you want, reformat your drive and install it "clean".

Or if you have an available empty drive or partition, you can install
another "Full Version" of Windows XP in a different language version
and create a dual-boot configuration.

A good third-party partitioning program is Partition Magic 8.

Unfortunately, this is not possible with your situation.

The Microsoft MUI language packs are only available for the US English
version of XP and only if you have a Volume License subscription.

The only default language options for XP allow you to change the language
for keyboard input and displaying a foreign language.
