OS Conflict

Someone has just emailed me a picture created in Adobe Illustrator on an
Apple Mac. I can't seem to open it, is this an OS conflict or just Adobe
problems?

Well do you have Illustrator?

Have your friend save his picture as an Adobe "Portable Document Format"
[*.pdf] file.
While your friend is doing that, you go to Adobe.com and download the free
"Adobe Acrobat Reader".
After you download Adobe Acrobat Reader, install it on your computer.
After you have installed Adobe Acrobat Reader on your computer, you will be
able to open the *.pdf file that your friend sends you.
