OS/2 Warp IBM screen appeared during startup

Previously, the OS/2 Warp IBM screen (blue) never appeared when Windows is
loaded. But, it appeared now. Is there anyway to remove it ? Did I changed
any settings or installed or updated anything which causes it to appear?

Sounds like you (or some joker) replaced your bootup screen.

Did you ever have OS/2 installed or was it designed for OS/2? If so,
there might be a BIOS setting to disable this graphic under Quick Boot
or Quiet Boot, etc.
