Help! Just recently when I send a reply the original is removed (deleted) from the inbox. This just started happening - what have I done? How do I fix it I'm sure it is something I have caused

Thanks

Hi Bob,

Check to see if you have a rule set up that processes a message after you send it. With Outlook open, click on Tools > Rules and Alerts, and check each rule you have created to see exactly what
it does. If you are unsure, turn off all of your rules and test.
