Organizational Charts

How can I resize the boxes on an organizational chart. The logical option to
me would be to drag the handles but Word is not allowing me to do that. Is
there another option?

You have to disable Auto Layout to be able to modify any individual box.

How do I disable auto layout???

It's the last item on the Layout menu on the Organization Chart toolbar.

My toolbar options are:
Insert shape
Layout
Select Level - branch - -
Auto format - which brings up Organizational chart style Gallery
Text wrap
Zoom option

Am I missing something?

Did you click on Layout to display the menu? As I stated, it's the last item
on the Layout menu.
