Organising order of songs/search hardrive for new songs

How can you save the order of songs by artist A-Z and how
you can search your hard drive for songs, while only
collecting new songs that are not currently in the Media
library?

order by artist by clicking the artist column header

dude just check 'new files only' when searching!
