Organisation Charts - Word 2003

Can anyone help organisation chart is not available in word, when trying to
open up a Powerpoint 2003 presentation when double clicking on the
organisation chart is comes up with the following message: "The Microsoft
Organization Chart server application can't be found. Contact your system
administrator to install this server application".
