I would like to know how I can change the lines in my
organigram.
I prefer to have the line in centre, now the line goes
down to the right.

Assuming you're using PPT 2002 or 2003, go to
View/Toolbars and make sure the diagramming toolbar is
turned on.

Then when you've selected the organization chart
(organigram), go to the Diagramming toolbar and turn off
the Autolayout options.

That should let you manipulate the lines better.
