Org Forms Library as default when choosing a form

In Outlook 2002, when I use the Choose Form button, the default look in
location is Standard Templates. How can I change it to look in Organization
Forms Library as the default?

Everyone else's in my organization defaults to Org Forms Library. Thanks for
any help you can provide.
