Ordering Security CD out side US

I am having problems with ordering the free Windows security updates CD. See
http://www.microsoft.com/security/protect/cd/order.as

My home country is Iceland, and it is not included in the list of locations out side US and Canada.
But I am studying in Finland (and I speak also Finnish, though I would prefer to have the CD in English), but choosing Finland for location in the list only takes me to a page with security information in Finnish, NOT a ordering form for the CD

So what do I do? I can not choose other countries in the list because that only allows me to order the CD to a addres in that specific country.
 
If it is not available to you in the language you need and you do not
have a friend in that region that can order it for you, you can not
get what you want.
