Can someone point me in the direction of how to update an Oracle database
from a .net CF app?

How about using a web service? Or if you'll be storing the data locally and
then transferring it to a desktop machine, you could write a desktop app to
update the Oracle database.

Not sure I am going to have those options. All I know right now is someone
is probably going to create some tables in an Oracle DB that they want a CE
4.2 device to update.

I don't know if Oracle has anything you might use. What options will you
have?
