OPXPApp.exe Application Error

Windows application OPXPApp.exe failes to initialize every time I start my
computer.
Is my C:/windows/prefetch corrupted or just needs cleaning ? or the reason
is something else ?
I appreciate any comment...

opxpapp.exe is a process belonging to the Softex OmniPass application. This
is a non-essential process. Disabling or enabling this is down to user
preference.
