Operations master roles destroyed

1) Upgraded a WindowsNT 4.0 PDC to W2K DC. (1st DC)
2) Installed a 2nd DC. 3) 1st DC had Operations Master
Roles 4) All objects on both DCs because of replication
5) BIG MISTAKE but without demoting 1st DC, reinstalled
W2K on it. 6) After reinstall promoted to DC.

NO Operation Master Roles since they resided on 1st DC.
Is there anything that can be done to get Operation Master
Roles. Any help is greatly appreciated.

You can seize the FSMO roles using the NTDSUtil utility.

Don't forget to clean up DNS afterwards.
