Operation aborted

I sometimes get this message on certain sites:

"Internet Explorer cannot open the Internet site
http:www....

Operation aborted"

The page will be downloading in the back but once it is
fully loaded it goes to the "Page Cannot be Displayed"
site.

This error occurs inconsistently as well. Sometimes the
same site doesn't have this problem.

I am using Windows XP with Office 2003 and IE 6.0

I think you're describing something common. I have dialup, which may make a
difference. essentially I just try later, after trying a backward (arrow),
forward. then maybe reload.

I think somewhere someone is "timing out". Someone like our ISP :)
