Opera and Netscape

I have built a website, and I'm getting some feedback on how the site works in other browsers. There seems to be some problems with Opera and Netscape.

The lines on the tables are gone, and when using "textbox" with some degree of transparency, this is working bad in both browsers. Also links on images doesn't seem to work.

Any solutions or advices?
