Opens hundreds of windows

Win 2000 Adv Serv., Office XP PRO.
When someone clicks on an e-mail address in the text of a
e-mail letter or in Internet Explorer Windows keep
opening and I must reset Citrix user from Server? Don't
know what the windows are they won't stop opening to read.

Well, without knowing what the message is, there isn't much anyone can do.
Can you reproduce this yourself & look?
 
OK - but what is it opening? I'm not sure I understand what the symptoms of
this problem are...
 
They open so fast and so many we cannot see them. And
they just keep opening until I reset the user from the
Citrix Manager on the Windows server 2000 Adv.
