OpenReport Action was Cancelled

Hi,

I tried to create user security level in access 2003.
for some reason, one of our administrator cannot access
reports in database. Everyone else on the network can
access them.

When he login with his NT useraccount and tries to open
the report it says " The OpenReport Action was cancelled".
I changed the security level such that everyone can access
everything in the database and works fine for everyone
except one person.

Does he have a default Printer configured in Windows?
