OpenNETCF SDF: Re-install dialog when deploying

Every time I deploy a project using the OpenNETCF SDF, our target devices
pop up a dialog with:

OpenNETCF Smart Device Framework is already installed. Re-install?

even though the SDF is already installed. Shouldn't it skip the install of
the SDF if the device has the same version?

Thanks for this. This is caused by one of our assemblies not being
strong-named when it should it be. I'll upload a fix for this shortly.
