OpenNETCF SDF 2.0

Is OpenNETCF SDF 2.0 side-by-side compatible with prior versions of
OpenNETCF, or must the prior version be uninstalled before running setup?

SDF 1.x was only for Studio 2003. SDF 2.0 is only for Studio 2005. So you
can install both if you have both dev environments installed if that's what
you're asking.
