OpenNETCF Samples

We've opened the OpenNETCF.org Samples up to the community in hopes that the
community will maintain and improve them. There's is now a section in the
OpenNETCF Wiki for all samples and anyone can upload and/or download them.

I've "seeded" it with a few samples off my hard drive (that desperately need
updating) and will add more as time permits, but if you have any samples
lying around, feel free to upload them. If you want to fix, modify or
improve what is up there, then we welcome that as well.

We look forward to seeing what the community comes up with.
