Opening Word attachments in Outlook (Office 2007)

Users are receiving credential promptsd from office.microsoft.com when they
try to open the word attachment. This happens only with Word atttachments.

office.microsoft.com doesn't require credentials. Do you have net access
proxies in place?

I understand. I wish I could show you the screen shot. All nett access is in
place. we use ISA and for those who are not on it they use a triple A
authentication. However this problem is from opening a word attachment in
outlook. Is this a word problem or and outlook problem?

I've never seen that dialogue. Perhaps someone else will have.
