Opening Virtual Tours

When I go on travel sites i.e. hyattt.com and the offer a
virtual tour by 6.0 browser will not open up the tour.
Instead I get a plank screen with a red X in the corner.
If anyone can help I would appreciate it. I am running
Windows XP Home
 
Many virtual tours require Java or another extention like quicktime VR
to be running. You might have Java disabled in your browser (tools
menu, internet options) or you can find Java download instructions on
www.thefull360.co.uk/demo.htm good luck :)
