Opening Photos

I have been unable to open photos e-mailed to me as
attachments in HotMail using XP on a Dell 825 not quite a
year old. I have acquired JASC Print Shop Photo Album and
downloaded Adobe Photo Shop and Quick Time to try. I have
also also removed the check against "Confirm Open After
Download" as recommended by Dell from all extensions
applicable to Photos. I have tried each photo program
trying all extensions with no success. Others have
received and opened these same photos. Something is wrong
here; but what?

Can you successfully view the images that
you have saved on your hard drive? If you
are having problems with all of your image

It may be a good idea to run a full system virus
scan using the most current definitions.
