Opening old wks file

Hi
Ive been emailed an attatchment Id like to open in excel.
It seems to be an old spreadsheet program in wks. Ive
asked its not Lotus 123 or recent Microsoft works suite
product.
Any help in how I can open in xls would be greatly
appreciated.

If the person who sent it to you created it in Microsoft Works, they
could save it as an Excel file, or as MS Works 2.0, which you'd be able
to open.

If you send the file to me, I'll try and do the necessary for you. I have
Works 2000 (v5) and Office 2000.
