Opening Large Spreadsheet

I have a data dump that is more than Excel's 65k row limit. How can I get
around this limitation to open up my file? (I can not import into Access
without formating the file first).

Maybe you could use your favorite text editor and split your data into
pieces--and then import each piece to a new worksheet.

Microsoft has a macro solution that does something similar:

I can not import into Access without formating the file first.
