opening hotmail inbox

I have correctly added my hotmail account to Outlook 2002
but everytime I try to open the inbox i get an error
messgae that reads: An error has occured with the scripts
on this page. it then asks if i want to continue running
scripts. whether i click yes or no it will not open.
how can i fix this?

Did you install SP3?
