Hello:
When I go to my documents and right click (open), it starts to bring up
another pop up window with Move, etc. If I hit cancel, it will ask to move
or copy. Does anyone have any suggestions?
Thank you

Problem caused by adding Copy To and Move To as context menu entries:

Thank you for your reply. I checked my registry and what they stated to look
for and delete is not there.

The item can be registered in the following place:

HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\*

If it's not present, then use ShellExView utility to locate and disable the following extensions

{C2FBB630-2971-11d1-A18C-00C04FD75D13}
{C2FBB631-2971-11d1-A18C-00C04FD75D13}

The entries may appear as "Microsoft CopyTo Service" and "Microsoft MoveTo Service" in ShellExView.

You may use RegScanner to scan the registry for the following entries:

{C2FBB630-2971-11d1-A18C-00C04FD75D13}
{C2FBB631-2971-11d1-A18C-00C04FD75D13}

The entries must be present somewhere, which is triggering the Move to dialog everytime.

Open Regedit.exe and navigate to:

[HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\AllFilesystemObjects\shellex\ContextMenuHandlers\Move To]

Backup the "Move To" branch to a file.

Delete the "Move To" branch

Close Regedit.exe
