When in the Administrator account, in Windows Explorer when I right click on
an Excel or Word file, the file opens correctly.

When in a User account, in Windows Explorer when right clicking an Excel
file an error message appears..."Windows cannot find the document...".
Clicking on a Word file results in opening the file properly.

Why can't the program find the Excel file? How do I fix the problem.

Try asking them here.
