Opening Excel Document - "CD-ROM ERROR"??

Last night I thought I downloaded several general updates for my computer on
microsoft.com, but now everytime I try to open an excel document, I get the
following reading:
"This feature is on CD-ROM and is not available... Insert Microsoft Office
200 SR-1 Professional and click OK"....
I don't have the Microsoft Office any longer to re-install. This does not
seem to be affecting my Word program, just excel. Any suggestions??

Oh-Oh! Maybe you can "find" another copy. Or you may want to buy a more
modern version.
 
You could try a System Restore to the most recent restore point before your
last update session.
