Opening ERROR

Dear All,
After receiving a presentation I tried to open it and I got the
following error:

Error Heading: "CiceroUIWndFrame: POWERPNT.EXE - No Disk"
Error Details: "There is no disk in the drive. Please insert a disk into
drive D:"

Can any one help please/

Searching the internet brought up quite a few pages describing
CiceroUIWndFrame error messages. The suggested solution in these cases
was to disable the Speech and Handwriting Recognition in Microsoft
