Opening Attachments

When opeing attachments I get error messager "No associaton set." Set
association In set associaton control panel where is this?

Of course this assumes they have a program installed that will open the file.
 
Of course you do have to have a program installed with which to associate
the file. In other words to open PowerPoint files, you must have PowerPoint
or the PowerPoint viewer installed on your machine as an example. If you
associate a file with a program that cannot open it, you will either get an
error message or a crash.
