Opening attachments w/o the warning

I just changed computers.
I had 2003 outlook on Windows XP home.
I now have it on XP Proffesional.
I used to be able to 'uncheck' the warning that allowed me to open
attachments, now I cannot.
I have found the place UNDER TOOLS to do it, but it still comes up with the
warning......
Any suggestions?

Thank you very much, I maybe able to use that for other things.
The attachments I want to open without the warning are simple Jpeg,
jpg,gif,doc etc etc.
I used to be able to 'uncheck' the warning and not have it show up, now that
does'nt work.
Its so annoying as I do web sites,and get NUMEROUS word docs and images
every day.
