Greetings Cortlyn,
Assuming you're using Outlook Express, simply click on the paperclip. If this doesn't work,
the attachment may be blocked by Outlook Express's default security settings -- you can
override these settings, but make sure that you *know* who the attachment is coming from and
what it is. To override them, click the Tools menu in Outlook Express, then Options, then
the Security tab, uncheck 'Do not allow attachments to be saved or opened that could
potentially be a virus' and then click OK.
If you are receiving so-called messages from Microsoft with a patch as an attachment, these
are *not* from Microsoft and do *not* run the attachment, simply delete the e-mail.
