Opening Attachments Error

Outlook 98
The settings were set to make emails as attachments, I
have since changed. But for these emails we have not
been able to open and get the error
"An error has occurred while the following action was
performed: Query Outlook for the Outlook Extension
Callback Interface"

Then you receive error:
"The operation failed due to network or other
communication problems.

Control Panel | Software | Microsoft Office | Add Remove | Repair
