97Outlook was recently updated to 2003.
I am trying to learn how to use 2003 Outlook.
For now, everything looks fine except for one inconvenience.
When I start a new message, I click "To" to select recipient address from
address book.
What I see that there are three listings of addresses under To:
Accounts
Business Contacts
Contacts
There was nothing under Accounts and Business Contacts. All of addresses
are found in Contacts.
But the default setting for "To" is Accounts. So I must click twice (one
for Accounts and another for Business Contacts) before reaching Contacts.
So I found it nuisance.
Is there anyway to delete both Accounts and Business contacts? If so, how?
Second option would be to have both Accounts and Business Contacts share the
same addresses with Contacts. How can I do.
TIA. craig
