Opening a saved file in outlook express

Hi all,

I am desperately trying to open a file which I saved from
my workplace. It has the extension *.msg, but I can't
open in in Outlook Express or Lotus Notes.

Can an expert tell me:
1) how to open the *.msg file in LOTUS NOTES (version R5);
OR
2) how to open the *.msg file in OUTLOOK EXPRESS (verion
5).

The sooner the better. I am currently at work trying to
get an attached word document out of this message file so
that I can actually START working on this document which I
have less than 1/2 a day to do (normally it'd take a
fortnight).

HELP....

Thanks for replying. I do not have outlook on the
computer. However, I have outlook express - is there a
way to allow express to read outlook messages?
 
Don't think you can import a .msg file -
