When this user opens an email by double-clicking, it pops-under his Outlook
window instead of in front of it. This is quite obnoxious as he then has to
click again to read the message he just opened. It happens every time he
opens a message. Even if the message is highlighted and you press Enter, it
pops-under. Any ideas?
