"Open writable CD folder using Windows Explorer" option not availa

On a friend's computer, the "Open writable CD folder using Windows Explorer"
does not show up when a new CD-R is put into the CD-RW drive. You can burn
CD's with the Roxio software that is installed, but I can't seem to do it
through Windows. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You should be able to drag files to the CD-RW drive, then double
click the drive and you should see "files to be written to CD" and
(if applicable) files already on CD.

Right-click on the drive icon and select "write files to CD".
