Open subfolders of another user's Inbox

We use Outlook 2000.

I have configured things to that person A can access person B's Inbox...
but how do they access the various subfolders of the Inbox?

These settings must be configured by B on each subfolder.

Yes, I set the permissions on the Inbox and separately on all
subfolders. I just can't find the button to open them when I'm logged in
to A's account. (The "open other user's folder" box only offers you the
default mail folder names.)

OK... well it looks like I might be able to do the thing mentioned right
at the bottom of the page... I'll give it a go.
