Open StartOfficce file with excel

I need to open a sxc file with excel. How can I do for open it? I can't
export the file with startoffice..
 
I can't do that, I download the file to the Internet and I don't have the
StartOfficce...

I think you have to. Excel is very selective about which filetypes she'll eat.
 
StarOffice is free, I believe. Go get it.

Star Office is no longer free.

OpenOffice is free and can open Star Office files which can then be saved in
OpenOffice to Excel Format.
