How can I view all programs that are running in my computer? I would like to
see then on the bottom of my screan. For exaple lime wire....
thanks you

The best way to see all the running applications (names only) and process is
Task Manager. Here you can find all the applications that are running
foreground and background in your PC. It will also give you a complete detail
about Memory usage etc.

Start->Run Msinfo32 (enter) brings up System information Window.
Select Software Environment->Loaded modules.
