Open PPT Web page without outline

I have exported a small presentation (PPT2003) to web.

I would like it to open up in Explorer without the outline view on the left
open. Can this be done?

Also, is it possible to open it automatically in the "slide show" view as
opposed to clicking the link on the bottom right?
