open port 8013

If you are using windows firewall, you need to open control panel, click on
security centre, open windows fire wall, click on the exceptions tab, then
ckick on the add port button.

My kid "has" to open ports on the house router for whatever reason so he
"logs" into the router and does his thing. Suppose that's why I also run
a software firewall :)
