Open in new window won't open

After installing Cumulative Security Update for Internet
Explorer 6 Service Pack 1 (KB832894)
Whenever I right-click
on a link and pick "Open in new window", a new window will
open, but the page will never load. If I click stop and
refresh the window will load.

I am running on Win 98 system.

I have tried all susgestions on Article 281679 but still
have this problem.
 
Extracting a new copy of oleaut32.dll Fix thw problem.
