It's entirely possible that I failed to make my post clear.
Either with Outlook maximized or in “normal “view, regardless of which
application is†active, using the navigation pane to right click and open a
new Outlook application in a new window, the resultant window size is neither
maximized or "normal."
After resizing the new window, either maximized or normal, attempts to close
that window and save its size settings are unsuccessful. CTRL X, space bar,
etc. do not work. Reopening the window from navigation pane, the new window
returns as the size before resizing.
What am I missing?
Steps:
From Inbox – Microsoft Outlook Title Bar
Normal or maximized window
Right click Calendar in Navigation Pane
Select Open in New Window
Resultant window opens as small, unreadable window
Maximize window or re-size to readable pane
Close window through various techniques; Right click on title bar –X-Close;
Left click on X; Alt+spacebar – X Close
Next attempt to open from Navigation Pane, new window opens as small,
unreadable window
What am I missing.

Set the main Outlook window to it's prefered size in Normal size and use
CTRL+X to force the save of the windowsize.

Right clicking on Calendar button, selecting "open in new window" I am
unable
to set the new window to open maximized or at least fill the screen. Many
attempts at closing the window to save settings; shift + X, space bar +
close, etc yield no results. New window currently opens so small as to be
unreadable.
