Open IIS and My Documents in Windows Explorer

How do I enable these 2 items? I don't see my documents in my windows
explorer and I'd like to know how to enable IIS on Windows XP Pro SP2.

IIS is not installed by default. Control Panel, Add/Remove Programs, Windows Components.
