open files problem

Whe I try to open some file with word 2000 sp3 (litttle
files) word hang for some minutes before to open files
and thend after 2 minutes, it open the files. During this
operation it opens two word session.

What could be the problem?

Check which template is attached, and make sure that template is
stored locally.

OK, is a template problem. I moved my net template in
another share, but, how can I resolve the problem? I saw
microsoft note 830561 and 823372 but I cant't resolve
the problem quickly. Are there other solutions?

Unfortunately the answer is "with difficulty". You can create a new
document based upon a proper local template and paste the info in to
make sure you get rid of as many spurious references as possible.
