open files in outlook

How do you stop moutlook from asking if its ok to open a file type? I have
checked the ok box several times, do not ask again.
 
Outlook 2003 Professional Edition 11.5608.5606
I tried opening from the reading pane and open message and it still ask.
Didnt have this problem until I went from XP Pro to Vista

For which kind of file type?

As the option "Confirm open after download" is a system wide setting, you'll
have to make the change with administrator privileges. On Vista this means
you'll have to launch Outlook with elevated permissions.

Thanks for your help everyone. That worked. Interesting note: If I right
click on a desktop shortcut it will not let me access admin priviledges but
if I right click on a taskbar shortcut it will.
