Open dialog box problem with dual monitors

Running Windows Mail on a Vista Ultimate machine with dual monitors.
Windows Mail opens on the number 2 monitor which is positioned on the
left.
The problem occurs when attempting to open an attached file.
A right click to bring up the Open/Print/Save As/Save All, dialog box
jumps to the far right side of Monitor number 1.

Any suggestions to have it appear on monitor number 2 will be much
appreciated.

It does that for me also...
I thought it was because I have Windows Live Mail also open on the right
monitor, but it does it with WLM closed.
WLM does not do this, however, if I put it on the left monitor.

Good to know I'm not the only one experiencing this annoyance.
Hopefully there is a solution.
